My story
It always begins with a flash idea or fond childhood memory, or both. Hi, I’m Ellie, the heart and hands behind Pearl’s Bakes.
My passion for baking started as a child, most likely covered in flour and completely in love of the magic of turning simple ingredients into something special. That has never changed. What began as weekends baking for friends and family quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years I have baked for birthdays, Christmas, and everything in between - always finding joy in my creations.
Now in my late twenties, I’ve turned that joy into Pearl’s Bakes. I’d like to think this business is more than cake, it’s about sharing my childhood joy and nostalgia through my bakes. Whether it’s a custom celebration cake, a box of cupcakes or a simple chocolate chip cookie, every bake is crafted with care and heart.

I want customers to feel completely confident when ordering with Pearl’s Bakes. I’m fully registered with Fife Council, insured and trained in allergy awareness.
I take food safety seriously and always bake in a clean, approved kitchen with care and attention to detail. If you’ve got specific dietary needs I’ve got you covered! I offer gluten free and vegan options, and I am always happy to chat about ingredients or any concerns you might have.
